For nearly 80 years, FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH has been delivering high-performance single- and multistage radial blowers and turbo compressors to the world’s most demanding industries, including chemical and petrochemical. In sulphuric acid production (SAP) and sulphur recovery units (SRU), where reliability and efficiency are critical, FIMA blowers and compressors set the benchmark. We bring a wealth of experience from other market segments, including custom designs for extreme conditions - with pressures up to 100 bar, process temperatures from cryogenic up to 650 °C (1200 °F) and 10 MW, built to DIN EN/API standards. Proven worldwide, we deliver equipment that performs under the toughest SO2/ SO3-rich, acid-laden or H2S-containing environments, as well as fresh air. Engineered and tested in Germany, our durable, efficient machines keep operations running when uptime matters most.
